The training project is a principal investment by SAO Agro in partnership with Decorum Nigeria Limited that aims to revolutionise mechanised farming in Nigeria by empowering skilled operators through expert training and certifications and also the provision of advisory services. 

SAO Agro and Decorum Nigeria Limited have strategically partnered to provide rigorous skill acquisition training programs to interested farmers. The training covers mechanised land clearing, tractor operations, and advanced mechanised farming, among others. Operators are issued certificates upon completion of the training program.

This initiative will empower operators across Nigeria and increase mechanised farming practices through more productive and sustainable agricultural operations. This strategic partnership establishes ‘SAO-Decorum’ as the first private sector company to certify operators in this field. The partnership has successfully operated on 29,500 hectares of farmland to date. 

We are set to provide farmers in Nigeria with research-based genetically improved seedlings for higher yield and also quality output.
