In this pivotal CFO role, you’ll craft the financial blueprint for SAO Group’s sustainable growth, driving positive impact for stakeholders and maximizing shareholder value.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with SAO Group’s overall vision and the specific needs of each subsidiary.
- Oversee the Head of Corporate Finance and ensure the efficient execution of financial activities.
- Secure optimal financing solutions, including debt, equity, and mergers & acquisitions, to fuel business expansion and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring financial alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence within the finance department, leading and motivating a team of skilled finance professionals.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned and accomplished CFO with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within a complex, multi-subsidiary organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies, driving growth, and profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, capital markets, and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and effectively communicate complex financial information.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA, ICAN/CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is a strong plus and preferred.
